Pretty please can you explain the delivery deadlines and fees to me ?

The Matter delivers in the European Union.
The delivery deadlines and fees vary according to the country shipping and receiving the package.
As you may have understood, the goods sold on The Matter come from all over Europe. The country of origin is indicated on each product page.We only offer standard deliveries because patience is a virtue and the environment will be very grateful 🙂

HOW DO THE RETURNS WORK ?

A client can return a product within 14 days of receiving the order, and then be reimbursed. The return fees are are the buyer’s responsibility. The products returned should be intact, with no trace of use, in the packaging provided by the brand. Once the brand has received the order and approved of its condition, the reimbursement will take place.

1st step: inform the brand via our online contact form “Return”, specifying the order number, the product name and the reason for returning the product.

2nd step: fill out the return slip that you will find inside your order package (indicate the order number, the product name, and the reason for returning the product)

The Return address is indicated on the return slip. If you have lost this slip you can request for a new one to print at home via our online contact form.

Make sure you choose a delivery mode that offers a tracking number, indispensable to make a claim of any kind.

If the brand refuses to reimburse the client because the conditions have not been respected, the client will receive the concerned product and may not receive a compensation for any kind.

CAN I INDULGE MYSELF IN TOTAL SAFETY ?

Yes! The payments by credit card on our website are on a secure platform handled by Stripe. You can carry out payments in a safe environment thanks to the 3D secure anti-fraud system. The Matter’s website had no access to your personal bank details.
